About Wills and Bequests
Including the Prichard Committee in your estate plans is a wonderful way to leave a legacy that will benefit generations of Kentucky learners. We encourage you or your advisors to consult with us about your wishes in order to ensure that your intentions are fulfilled. Our partners at FreeWill provide a few simple tools to help you:
- Inform us about provisions for the Prichard Committee in your will or trust that has been drafted by you or your advisor.
- Inform us about including the Prichard Committee as a beneficiary of non-probate assets that you can pass along outside of your will, such as IRAs, 401(k)s, life insurance policies, bank accounts, etc.
- Create your own legal will.
In recognition of individuals who include the Prichard Committee in their estate plans, we have created the Robert F. and Pamela Sexton Society. If you have questions, please contact Shawn Lyons at 859-227-0987 or [email protected].
