Every Child Counts: Raising Student Achievement in the Middle Grades (1.6 MB, pdf), a new report from the Community Accountability Team, a group of Jefferson County parents and citizens. CAT members went into five Jefferson County Middle Schools and interviewed principals, teachers, parents, and students.
